Thank you for shopping with Idaho Tool & Equipment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and experience, so we have the following return policy in place for you.

Returns

Standard, new inventory items may be returned within 45-days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is new, unopened (when packaged), and unused (the same condition the product was when purchased)
  2. You have proof of purchase from Idaho Tool and Equipment

Special orders are covered under the Special Order Policy.

Used and clearance products are sold “as-is”. For used power tools and equipment we have a 30-day exchange period if they are found to be defective.

Refunds

Upon Idaho Tool and Equipment verifying the condition of the product, you will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. If you paid with cash, you may be issued a check to reimburse your purchase.

Used power tools and equipment that are found to be defective within the 30-day period can be exchanged. If no suitable replacement is available for exchange, in-store credit may be offered in place.
